Why I am supporting Kim’s Assisted Dying Bill tomorrow. 🧵 Firstly, the status quo is simply not fit for purpose. The law is a mess - we criminalise assisting a loved one escape agony, whilst attempting to show leniency in prosecuting guidance. This breeds uncertainty.
