Today is a sad day. St. Louis lost a political giant in Councilwoman Hazel Erby (Hazel M Erby ). She was a close friend and advisor. Her strong will and persistence was remarkable. Her diligence and perseverance was one of a kind. We will continue to carry Hazel's torch. RIH
