No. This is about inadequate service development and silo thinking. The Trust needs to be more patient focussed

Fallacy- that a more convenient phone call frees up time. The call still takes an appointment- still requires all the governance of a F2F - perhaps more given the jeopardy of not being able to examine the patient. And ⬆️ convenience means ⬆️demand too
