I'm now into day two of trying to end my Virgin Media ❤️ contract via the web. The guy has gone out for lunch now. You would have thought it would be a simple process as it is when you join. Oh no, this is like Hotel California on steroids. AVOID ANY CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA.
