PE folk. It's great teaching outside every summer, but sunburnt skin isn't a badge to be proud of (and I know, I promise!). Stay sun safe and get covered in sun block and wear appropriate clothing. Maybe this is a "what they don't teach you on your PGCE" moment again??

Creating a culture of psychological safety is really not as difficult as it sounds. It is important to start by fostering open communication. This means creating a space where employees feel comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions, even if they differ from others.
