New home buyer & here’s my review of the retailers I used: Sofology UK 3/10 - they missed their delivery date & they only let me know by text. I opened a complaint & they closed it without ever contacting me. Not reachable by phone for customer service. Only email & still no reply.

New home buyer & here’s my review of the retailers I used: Taskers of Accrington 4/10 - promised an 8wk delivery lead time to secure my sale. Final deliver date over 11wks from when I placed the order and forgot 2 chairs from my dining room set.

New home buyer & here’s my review of the retailers I used: Oak Furnitureland 3/10 - paid £39 for specific delivery window (date/time) only to have my order put on a split delivery. One product then came damaged & needs replacing. New delivery date 5wks after my original order.

3 weeks of touring to & through Cambodia & Vietnam by tuktuk, taxi, night bus, sleeper train, ferry & 4 flights. The ONLY travel issues we had were with our trains to & from London with strikes on BOTH journeys. UK rain companies are an embarrassment! Avanti West Coast get a grip!
