What a day for our athletes competing today at the Welsh Championships. Gold for Lois in the u17 800m & silver for Sophie in the 300m u17. Fantastic running from both Chepstow School


Super Lois has been at it again. Only in year 10 but this weekend she won a silver in the Welsh U20 400m. Next weekend she competes in Sheffield at British champs Chepstow School
