Slavery did NOT end in 1870. Remember as recently as 1965 the descendants of slaves COULDN'T VOTE yet were paying taxes and drafted into the military. Poor whites did NOT have that issue and NEVER DID. Just like on the plantations. That's not "like" slavery. That IS slavery.

We've pulled ourselves up by our own bootstraps through communal efforts but every prosperous Black Town in this country is under water, a highway, industrial area, state park, or desolate. Whites & their govt have destroyed everything we've built to ensure we don't prosper above
