This feels like a little chink of light in the darkness that is SEND land - a national media outlet picking up something that every parent who's had to fight an LA for their child's education knows they get up to. We need the wider public to see this story for the scandal it is.

Please please sign this. Many people describe the SEND system as "broken". They're not wrong, but the law isn't the part that needs reform as it's actually good; the problem is the lack of accountability and enforcement. Weakening the law would be disastrous for most vulnerable.
