We’re LIVE at #healthnext23!! I’m proud to serve as today’s MC and thrilled to open up with Dr. Michelle Morse sharing inspiring remarks: “public systems want and need to work with digital health”

“Young people want to receive care digitally, and we know this modality is sustainable as we’ve seen through COVID-19” Dr. Michelle Morse #healthnext23

Great point from Cecilia Livesey of UnitedHealth Group that while we have a lot of the puzzle pieces in mental health tech, understanding the whole puzzle board is the real challenge. 🧩🧠🔑#healthnext23 Cornell Tech HealthNext Summit

We need to bring the clinicians’ voices into developing digital mental tools to have products that the care teams want to use and can trust. Dr Nicole Christian Brathwaite, MD #HealthNext23

🎯Clinicians should be part of the AI tools that we are developing so they can find the insights that data-driven tools present to them reliable and relevant. Natali Haas of Cohen Veterans Bioscience 🧠 #HealthNext23

First off for #SDMH2023, a welcome kick off by David Mohr and a keynote address by @cynmcsweet on "Merging Sandboxes: Challenges and Opportunities for Multi-Sector Collaboration in Digital Mental Health"

I'll also note Society for Digital Mental Health is using an OSF repository to share all of our posters, so if you miss a poster session, check out the posters here: osf.io/meetings/SDMH2… #SDMH2023

@cynmcsweet brings up the challenge to speed up the translation of evidence into practice. #SDMH2023 this is something I've thought a lot about with DMH and makes me think of Enola Proctor 's recent work on the FAST framework: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35669171/

This reminds me of @cynmcsweet 's great recent paper in Translational Behavioral Medicine on recommendations for training of digital health scientists to build these skills early in their training academic.oup.com/tbm/article-ab… SBMDigitalHealth #SDMH2023 Society for Digital Mental Health

Next up for #SDMH2023, poster tracks, we have simultaneous poster tracks I'm moderating Poster Track #5: "Integrating Digital Services in Healthcare Systems" so won't get to catch all the posters, but fortunately all posters are on the OSF page osf.io/meetings/SDMH2… Society for Digital Mental Health

First up in Poster Session #5, #SDMH2023: Ramya Ramadurai: Integration of Mindfulness Coach and the VA CALM Mindfulness Group in PCMHI: feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary clinical outcomes: osf.io/nadp9/ Society for Digital Mental Health
