Antibiotic Steward Bassam Ghanem 🅱️C🆔🅿️🌟 Okay but...most urine cultures on day 1 are useless too. Because the patient had no symptoms, and so a positive test is a false positive and a negative test is redundant information to lack of symptoms. So...basically stop ordering urine cultures daggumit!
