#Anxiety sucks and it's worse when friends and family don’t understand. Those with anxiety want to feel safe, understood and loved. If you are wondering what it feels like to have anxiety, here are a few things our Teen Line Volunteers wished people understood.

Our annual Call-a-thon is this Saturday, Sept. 11 💜 In honor of #nationalsuicidepreventionweek our hotline will be open 8 more hours than usual. This means that from 10am to 10pm our teen volunteers will be available via call, text and email to help more teens around the world.
