TAs deserve more pay. What makes me sad & angry is that people who are great at their job have to find a 2nd job or even go & work in a different job because the pay of a TA isn’t enough to make ends meet. There’s no way some of these jobs should pay more than a TA! Sort it Sunak

Unforgivable for Sunak Govt to disrupt #CovidInquiry with Judicial Review to prevent release of Johnson Whatsapps/diaries. Govt set up Inquiry & must trust Baroness Hallett's judgement about what’s relevant & what’s published. A huge insult to bereaved, NHS & care staff & us all

It’s like a fox blaming the chickens for for being eaten. Does the DfE not see that it is its own toxic accountability system coupled with cliff-edge Ofsted judgements that drive some schools to do this. We don’t over-prep but the reading test was an utter mess this year.

Stinks. Rewards for political allies & cronies to a rogue PM who is himself still under police & parliamentary investigation over #Partygate. Sunak should’ve stopped it theguardian.com/politics/2023/…

It is absurd - and an insult to the new King - that an ex PM forced to resign from Parliament in disgrace should be allowed to “honour” cronies, donors and Covid party cover uppers. Sunak must block it. Sign the petition you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/bloc… via 38 Degrees

I refuse to stop. I will not give up. This is a make or break moment for parliamentary democracy. I will not stand by whilst this Government strips back our right to protest and uses an unprecedented abuse of power to get away with it. If you’re with me RT this widely

Every UK news channel is talking about Boris Johnson. Not one is mentioning tomorrow Sunak’s Government plans to strip back the publics right to protest & plans to use an unprecedented abuse of power to get away with it. Please help me do our media’s job for them by sharing this

Johnson Honours List Number 2 Charlotte Owen, age 29, spent 18 months in a minor role as an "assistant" to Johnson and others at Number 10. She's put into the House of Lords by Johnson. There is literally no reason why. Johnson mocking the public again? Hmmmmm

When Boris Johnson was a journalist, he got fired twice for lying. So he entered politics, where he literally lied to Queen & country, and then got fired AGAIN for lying... And the Daily Mail thought: "That's EXACTLY the kind of journalist we want informing our readers".

So the government won’t have a representative on BBC Question Time tonight. Quite something that seven years on from their flagship “achievement” they can’t face an audience made up entirely of people who voted for it. Anyone would think they were frit as Maggie used to say

Any teaching assistants I have worked with have been such an asset to the school and have always been a fantastic support to me as a teacher.

Rishi Sunak is preparing his Government’s latest shameless CON - this time against our teachers. Watch this in disbelief & if you share my anger RT it widely. If UK news shows can’t get the job done let’s damn well do it ourselves! #FairPayForTeachers

Remember how the Govt told us Review Bodies were “independent” and they accepted their recommendations in full? Here you can see Sunak, Barclay & Shapps saying so & Gillian Keegan nodding on the front bench. Now they plan to ignore 6.5% Not on! #SaveOurSchools #DoYourJobGill
