A2: Building trust involves discussing opportunities which develop (perhaps uncover) a hidden passion which supports common goals. This trust allows the individual to realise the outcome in the way that works best for them. #projectm #OurNHSPeople

A2: Sometimes trust fails when the criteria for the work are not clear to all. I've succeeded well in the past at a different target because I'd dare not challenge the criteria again - nearenough?. Being able to do that with confidence in the team helps. #ProjectM

A3: new peer groups can be set up to be more safe and inclusive by allowing time to listen to all at the very beginning - to get the story behind the momentum they bring and put it to good use. A pre-meeting before kick off. #ProjectM

A3: (Part 2 - with my jobsworth hat on) They can also be more inclusive if digital exchanges are consumable in many formats -run the accessibility checker too! #ProjectM

A4: What kind of resources would help and support team wellbeing? At the moment that would be different spaces to work in - some novelty from self-imposed solitary confinement. Generally a social plane through the teamwork. #ProjectM

A5: Takeaway? If doing what you said you were going to do is vital for trust so much - then make it most obvious what you did, how you did it and don't take it for granted everyone noticed. If you made mistakes share what others could learn from. #ProjectM
