We really need to stop using terms like "medically fit for discharge". People may have completed medical treatment but still have ongoing #Nursing and/or social care needs.

TW: Rape There’s a tweet I just saw about sex education. A father had been raping his daughter and she didn’t realize it was wrong until they taught her about it in her sex education class. Then there are adults busy fighting for there to be no sex education in schools.

I agree with the term 'nurses eat their young'. Fresh ideas and enthusiasm can be swallowed by culture.
