This evening around 18:30 in Bangor Co.Down , I saw my first pair of #Swifts circling and screaming above me . Yes I cried tears of happiness Save Our Swifts

laurence arnold 💙 WWT London Wetland Centre Save Our Swifts UKswifts Wonderful news! I'm still waiting for "our" swifts - we have hundreds (or so it seems) here in our neighbourhood during summers and I love watching them. They always seem so joyful!

Maharetina WWT London Wetland Centre Save Our Swifts UKswifts still only small numbers here as the wind is easterly. There was a group feeding over the wetland centre yesterday evening (i can see the area from my balcony) but numbers seem lower than usual.
