A member of 45 commando yomping across the Falkland Islands. With the destruction of the Atlantic Conveyor, much of the helicopter airlift capacity of the British had been lost. British forces had to literally walk across the width of East Falkland Island.

Does creatine help or hinder endurance performance? Creatine is a popular supplement among strength athletes, but could creatine be beneficial for endurance athletes too? Read the blog for more: bit.ly/4emnfPn

Is low carb low carb? We talk about high fat diets, low carb diets, keto diets, but these terms can mean different things to different people... bit.ly/3A5XbU9

This is the vile act of ‘bolting’ a fox to be hunted by hounds. To think this goes on in a modern society is beyond sickening. Please RT far and wide because this is what’s going on in the countryside and we need everyone to see it.

No. This is not ‘great to see’. These proposals will not work, why are League Against Cruel Sports backing this? ‘Planning and record keeping of scent trails’ is not the solution. We need a total ban on ‘trail hunting’. RT if you agree!

In 2023, hunters from the Avon Vale Hunt were exposed, ruthlessly digging two terrified foxes out of an artificial hole just to let their hounds chase and kill them. This barbaric cruelty is an outrage! It's beyond time for a real, uncompromising ban on hunting—no more excuses!

This is the face of evil. Disturbing footage released by the Hunt Saboteurs Association earlier in the year shows a member of the Old Berkshire Foxhounds using a terrier to bait a young fox. This is the grim reality of fox hunting.

Tonight we received the Ring doorbell footage from the garden kill and it is truly shocking. The dogs are in a frenzy even jumping up at the windows of the house! The kill happens behind a fence but you can hear the unbearable noise and see a terrierman collecting the body.

Since the badger cull started in England in 2013, over 230,000 badgers have lost their lives. Share if you believe it’s time to put an end to the cull now!

Now that we're into darker nights and colder conditions in the mountains, here's some great info from Mountaineering Scotland on what we should be packing in our rucksacks in case of emergency. mountaineering.scot/news/what-to-p…
