23andMe is struggling: its stock faces delisting, it shut down its drug unit, and most of its board resigned last week. CEO Anne Wojcicki is considering selling the company, meaning the DNA of 15 million users could be up for sale. Unlike passwords, you can’t change your DNA.

SwiftUI heavily rely on the underlying AGAttribute reuse for its List implementation. Add the following code to your app to turn on the reuse fail os_log. And then filter subsystem: "com.apple.SwiftUI" and category: "GraphReuse" in Console.app.

OK - here’s a short story that will make you a better leader/CEO. I just hired a new CEO for one of my companies. On Day 1 - he started doing what most CEO’s would do: - Meet & greet the team - Get access/permission to our tools - Start coming up with a Big Picture

Basically there are 8 kinds of reuse failure. IMO, identify your case and try to fix it is a way to improve your List performance if there are high rates of "Reuse failed" here.

Go talk to anyone in the military and ask what they’re most afraid of. Doesn’t matter what they do—infantry, aviation, navy, intel, special ops, logistics, or anything else. They’ll all tell you it’s this.

When designing the sharing flows your app, you have to regularly remind yourself that there only four reasons people post things: 1. To sound smart 2. To be funny 3. To look hot 4. To look rich The more your product obfuscates those goals, the lower your share rates will be.

YouTube refuses to launch a native app for the Vision Pro and then gets Apple to remove the next best thing — from a third party developer. Sad development for Vision Pro users.

Welp… with that, the one use-case I really cared about on Vision Pro is now gone (or at least unable to be updated, and Google may eventually break the app). Vision Pro is probably the worst “business investment” I've ever made. As much as I love the hardware, there’s just not
