The number of young people especially who’ve been kicked out of their home after a parent died is staggering. Because of clauses preventing them from succeeding the tenancy, many were made homeless at the worst possible moment.

I’m delighted that Barnet Council have tonight approved nearly 3,400 homes for Edgware Town Centre, of which 35% will be genuinely affordable. This partnership between Places for London Ballymore will also deliver new green and open space, transport upgrades, and employment.
