I'm particularly pleased about the regular proactive publication of this, as years ago I had an eventually successful FOI dispute lasting 18 months to get it made public, against a Dept for Transport agency that refused to release on the basis it would harm commercial interests

The ICO research covering about 70 public authorities found that 18 did not have publication schemes on their website and 13 did not publish their FOI compliance statistics
