But here’s where it gets risky: If Israel escalates and strikes Kharg Island - Iran’s primary export terminal - Iran might conclude it has little left to lose. That’s when mining the Strait or attacking tankers becomes thinkable. And that’s when oil markets melt down.

This isn’t speculative fear-mongering. Iran has done this before. In the late '80s, it attacked Gulf shipping in the "Tanker War." In 2019, it hit Saudi oil infrastructure and seized vessels in the Strait. It’s asymmetric warfare. Low-cost, high-disruption.

What would happen if the Strait were closed or even threatened? • Oil prices wouldn’t just rise - they’d surge. • Supply chains would fracture. • Fuel prices would spike globally • Inflation could reaccelerate It’s not just an energy story. It’s macroeconomic.

So what now? 📍 The Strait of Hormuz is still flowing. 📍 Oil is still moving. 📍 Prices are behaving. But all it takes is one miscalculation, and the world’s oil artery could seize. If you're watching oil, watch the Strait. Closely.

🚨COL. LAWRENCE WILKERSON: THE US🇺🇸 IS NOT PREPARED FOR A WAR WITH IRAN🇮🇷 ‘Not just because we’re so woefully short of people in our military, but also because our industrial base is woefully inadequate. It’s going to take a couple of years before we even begin to get going on

60-second history lesson. Ukraine gave up nukes and was invaded. Saddam Hussein gave up nukes and got invaded. If you are Iranian you think I need nukes or its history for us… GET ISRAEL TO GET RID OF ITS NUKES AND THEN NO ONE ELSE WILL NEED THEM‼️

the look on John Mearsheimer's face as he has to listen to the most deranged propaganda Piers Morgan spouts, like here about how the US and West only care about spreading freedom of democracy, is just priceless. He is just utterly baffled by the stupidity: x.com/zei_squirrel/s…

We live in an era where sheer stupidity and ignorance is treated as just another position or argument. Piers Morgan understands less about this matter than a first year undergrad who has taken an IR 101 course that has included a lecture on nuclear deterrence. And his complete

From 2 years ago, on the 20th anniversary of the Iraq War. As ordinary Europeans watch in horror their oblivious & deranged leaders gear up for a new escapade of mass butchery, it may as well be today. It will just be an endless carousel of evil until we put a stop to them.

It reminds me of how the Western Media treated the 1965 Coup & Genocide in Indonesia, it was total silence. The media covered the Vietnam War mostly, which was used to distract the world from US' real target, which was the "Jewel of Asia" 🇮🇩. Until today rarely anyone knows this.
