The minimum wage should rise to £15 an hour as soon as possible. And it should apply to workers of all ages. Businesses are making record profits and handing massive payouts to executives: they can afford to pay higher wages. It's time to #FightFor15.

Our advice to members and non-members who support our action is to ignore this disgraceful email. A company that claims to be trade union-friendly is essentially trying to get around the law that protects trade unionists from revealing their membership or intentions to strike.
