Today, the PPD 35TH District met with North 5th Street Outreach and the Korean Chamber. They were going store to store meeting with local business owners up and down the 5th Street corridor to discuss issues and concerns and ideas for a safer community.

Today was a historic day for the Kensington Community and for Philadelphia Police Department! For the first time in the PPD's 225 year history, a Latino Deputy Commissioner was named. D/C Pedro "Pete" Rosario has been tapped by Kevin J. Bethel to lead the Kensington Initiative..
