Of the DC Auditor’s 25 recommendations made to Council from 2021-2023, only 2 were implemented. The majority are “not yet started” or “in progress.” Conversely, 18 of the 21 recommendations from ODCA’s Vision Zero 1 report were either “implemented” or “in progress."
