A limited Grizzly bear hunt has returned to Alberta. Let's be clear - this is a threatened species, and introducing a hunt is not going to reduce human-wildlife conflict.

Grizzly bears are a threatened species. Yet the UCP have just sneakily declared the grizzly bear hunt back on. MLA Sarah Elmeligi, MLA Banff-Kananaskis (an ACTUAL bear biologist) has been clear: killing grizzlies won’t reduce human-bear conflict. I’m angry and so are many of you. Let the UCP know.
