The workforce is essential to our NHS and the recovery plan doesn’t involve how we are going to get the staff we need to be deliver that plan. Stop divide and rule by saying it’s over managed/ administrated. If you are going to accelerate recruitment more support staff are needed

When a job description talks about the nhs national agenda, is it referring to the long term plan?

I don’t think I’m on my own in the fact that I’m struggling to get out of bed this morning. If we are to support front line staff we need support too

This weeks debate is whether being bored is better than being stressed. Feeling under challenged constantly but then over worked is not the one

The approach that front line managers have direct control over staffing, budgets, recruiting comes from the idea that they know best; however, they trained to be front line professionals and so they need adequate support by those that trained to be accountants, operational (1/2)

Leaders. But the narrative of divide and rule inhibits the ability to support the front line staff.

Also nhs time is slower than real time. Blooming frustrating when all you want to do is your job.

The basics of rewards and benefits is to take the question of income and being able to cover essentials off the table so that people can just focus on their day to day job and become the best in that position

This means that we need to take nhs staff from under the poverty line and allow them to thrive without having to worry about putting food on the table
