Interesting start to headship. On my second day, the phone rang at 11am. Fast forward two days and I can now say I have just finished my first ofsted as Headteacher. What a baptism of fire! #ukedchat

My first week of Headship: Ofsted call on Tues ✅ Ofsted inspection on Wed ✅ Ofsted inspection on Thur ✅ Catch up with everything I've missed on Fri ✅ Managed to learn most staff names ✅ Can't switch off on Sat ❌
