Its an exciting time of the year! Spent time over the Summer developing across all aspects of Programs and getting an opportunity to wear the badge and express all the effort put in. Amazing as well with the new format to play other teams and test against different styles. 👏👏

Worth a read, and am sure every Coach that works in an Academy can resonate with some of the points raised. One from me: Players only know what they have been exposed to, so presuming that they 'should' know may actually be doing them a disservice.

Some really interesting scores in the 1st round of the U18 Acad league. 19 tries in one match, 10 and 11 in others. Some high combind scores in scorching weather. Are attacks that good, or is it that sides are not as defensively strong? It will be int to see how this progresses?
