weightlifting: oh right, i have a body that can lift and move things; gravity exists taking a walk: ok that's a squirrel and actually i am also a being that occurs inside a wider world talking to friend: i can reach sth outside of myself and it reaches back; i'm heard/seen

extending this to psychedelics/meditation, experiences of oneness, non-duality, etc as exercises that take one even closer to one's true nature
