Sick of seeing great High School coaches stepping down. There’s going to come a point where no coach can last more than 5 years because of parental interference and administrators without the backbone to fend them off.

Stop making weak excuses! Working Hard: Your Choice Skipping Workouts: Your Choice Eating Bad: Your Choice Good Grades: Your Choice Arriving on Time: Your Choice Getting Better: Your Choice Making the right choice is always up to you. Don’t use your bad choices as an excuse!

GREAT players never need to be begged, negotiated with, threatened or bribed to do the work. They WANT to work hard because they know what leads to big gains. Gains equals a better player on & off the court. If someone has to beg you, you might need to reconsider your commitment!

High school athletes: If you were at your school's workout today... -you got better -you made your team better -you bonded with your teammates & coaches -you gained trust from your teammates & coaches -you prioitized improvement & success -you want to win Great job!!
