We use process mapping and value stream mapping in all our improvement work. Patient stories and timelines are usually mapped. They are very powerful in changing culture. Learned this tool from Flow Coaching Academy

Today I had the privilege to watch Emergency Department Simulation in action with experienced ED clinicians including Malcolm McKenzie The game based simulation was invented by BSUH NHS ED cons Salwa Malik💙 to help MDTs learn the complexities of managing a busy ED shop floor. It’s brilliant 👏🏻
