COVID doesn’t cause brain fog. Fog’s lift, and once they have lifted everything is back to normal. COVID causes brain damage, it kills neurones. The damage isn’t lifting anywhere. And I know, this is sad, but if you want to avoid brain damage right now you have to wear a mask.

Covid is spread by one person breathing it out and another breathing it in. It's that simple. In between, the particles float on the air like smoke. So if you want to reduce the risk of infection, wear a mask that reduces particle inhalation anywhere people are breathing.
