Although I would not advise others to follow my lead I have broken the cardinal rule of Leasehold Knowledge & withheld payment of Service Charges in an attempt to get Kingston Council to produce legitimate invoices. I last paid in April 2019 some 1770 days ago but nothing changes...

Is there anybody with legal expertise who could advise? Lease states I'm only liable for Service Charges for costs incurred within my 'Block' and 'Estate' yet when I challenged costs for caretaking due to only having one caretaker, Council said we have to pay % of entire borough
