I know we go above and beyond for our members, but this is really a bit much.

Every time.

So, this week the Home Office have switched to a new system of responding to MP enquiries, and the quality of replies about people's applications has *plummeted*.

I appreciate people want a reply within a few days, but we've had over 2,000 emails in the past week on Gaza. On top of this, every system is collapsing for our constituents; NHS, DWP, Home Office, council housing, and more people than ever are coming to their MP for help.
