In my statement at #UNGA today I called on all member states to recognise Russia's war against #Ukraine as a genocide. We must ensure that perpetrators of all crimes committed in 🇺🇦 are brought to justice, including Putin for the crime of aggression.

In a discussion with like-minded countries today in #NYC I stressed that Russia’s war of aggression is a direct result of lack of accountability in the past. It is our legal, moral & political responsibility to establish an Intl. tribunal for Russia’s #CrimeofAggression now!
