Normal is boring.

Day 3 without caffeine.. hoping these symptoms get better soon. I’m the kind of person that’s either all or nothing. This may be a situation where that hurt me more then it helped. Well, Im too far in now.

Day 8: Feeling Great (too rhymey - too nerdy?) Quitting Caffeine #ColdTurkey It took a full 4 days before I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Today I am missing the flavor - tea has been helping fill a void.

Always show love and empathy.

I am still broken up with sports, but I can appreciate some homegrown talent getting recognition where it’s due!
