Wonderful to see Emo Philips opening for Al Yankovic in Glasgow tonight. It was a real delight to see Emo again after first laughing myself silly at his shows at the Edinburgh Fringe many many years ago.
Spent a tube journey a couple of seats down from Eddie Izzard today. At least 6 strangers spoke to her during the trip. They were unanimously enthusiastic and respectful. Eddie was open, friendly and welcoming to a fault. What a lovely person.
