Why I am backing Boris Johnson.

Yesterday, we were forced to elect unelected bureaucrats. This summer, people who pay a small fee to be a member of the Conservative Party can vote for the UK's next Prime Minister. We don't need the anti-democratic EU. WTO Terms now.

I fear the North will be left behind when it comes to the devastation of Brexit. Here is a party we can all get behind to make sure the North also gets its share of the devastation.

It's a shame that my support for a man convicted for fiddling his MPs expenses didn't help him secure victory over the Liberal Democrats. It's time we left the corrupt EU, and concentrated on corruption in Westminster.

When a party has just discarded parliament, it is perhaps unsurprising initial efforts to establish an alternative are somewhat rudimentary.

I was out with a friend at an Italian bistro in the centre of Grimsby and a young guy on the next table says to his girlfriend "The thing with #Boris is that he is going to keep up the Brexit uncertainty and strip workers of their employment rights" A good point, I thought.

I do think that Conservative MPs and soon to be ex-MEPs like Daniel Hannan should be blocking people who call out the things they say. Democracy cannot be served if people are opposing politicians.

Caring for your child is obviously reasonable. Surely any parent of a three year old would want to ensure they are safe at all times by taking them for a drive when unsure of their eyesight.
