Tuesday night we will head for Mynydd Eglwys, the mountains above Ystrad and the Brad, to get there from Nelson/Ystrad Mynach head towards the Wern Isaf Secure Dog Walking Field post code CF46 6PW but keep going to the very top over the road over the cattle grid 👍

Tuesday at 7pm we will meet on Mynydd-Y-Grug Common to get there go up the lane past bryn Meadows Golf Club NP12 2RB, stay on this road to the very top, over the cattle grid and the road will turn to dirt track, park in the open area at the top - all abilities welcome, 👉

So the weather for Tuesday is looking less than ideal for a technical downhill session at Forest Fawr, so we have changed it to Penallta Park top carpark - all abilities welcome, see you there 👍

For this week we will stay in Penallta Park to make it easier during recent restrictions - All welcome, remember the 2m rule 😉

We will be back in action Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th April @ 7pm meeting at the top car park of Penallta Park both nights, goes without saying everyone's safety is paramount so we will be observing social distancing - can't wait to see you all 😁
