November is Diabetes Awareness Month: Physical Activity is part of the positive lifestyle needed for all but especially with prediabetes and diabetes. Aim for at least 150 minutes per week (only 30 minutes a day - five days a week)! #prediabetes #diabetes #DiabetesAwareness
