4/7 A major advancement in this budget is the partition of emissions from freshwaters, including rivers, lakes, dams, & ponds. About half of all freshwater CH4 emissions are anthropogenic. Together with the 65% direct anthropogenic emissions = > 2/3 of all emissions are human.
