In the past 18 months CESAR has expanded beyond our epidemiological work to focus on recovery & peer services. Active projects in Appalachian Maryland, Baltimore, and the Eastern Shore have supported local internships & treatment retention. Now two new grants have been awarded.🧵

Jessica Anane, GMAP's Public Health graduate student, received one of the highest average scores from Division 50's collective reviewers for her APA conference poster: "Polysubstance Use and Methadone Adherence Among Racially Minoritized Patients Initiating Treatment"
