All you have to do is look at the #SaveTheMTA hashtag and you will see that we ARE a community. A family. And we will fight for what’s right, every time. Because that’s what family does. The MTA is one hell of a family.

Other actor and musical theatre training programmes should be following in The MTA (The Musical Theatre Academy)’s footsteps. Instead, it’s being forced to close. The MTA lines its walls with photos of EVERY graduate - not just those in West End shows. It has 24/7 access to a counsellor for students..

Sometimes to get me through a shift (in a restaurant) I pretend I’m the main character in a movie in humble beginnings but destined for greatness and my duties are just part of the script and you cannot tell me I’m the only actor that does this because I won’t believe you.
