Atonement to me means a recognition of at-one-ment, Oneness. Such that what you do to someone else you begin to realize you are ultimately doing to yourself.

Blessings to everyone healing childhood imprints that have manifested as poor relationship choices, reactivity, emotional triggers, attachment style, over functioning, physical pain, nervous system dysfunction, approval seeking, people pleasing, poor boundaries and settling.

Most people are not upset for the reason they think they are. They believe they are upset about what is happening in the present moment. But in truth they are playing out a similar dynamic from their childhood trauma. This is why people’s reactions don’t match the situation.

Even if you are overwhelmed by everything that is happening around you, just know that your journey is still going to unfold in the way that is best for you. You will grow beautifully in your own way. Everything’s going to turn out better than you expected.
