Absolutely terrifying Panorama report on Jon Rudd's lack of safeguarding awareness and bullying culture at Plymouth Leander Swimming Club. It would appear Swim England, once again, failed to act upon reasonable reports made about coaching and welfare standards in the 00s and 10s.

There needs to be a national enquiry on the bullying and safeguarding-lax culture Swim England perpetuated during this time. This bullying culture certainly affected swimmers at Kingston Upon Hull Swimming Club who I trained with in the 2010s, and I'd like to see accountability.
