This is probably the most breakthrough development for DataLad @[email protected] 0.16: A fast-growing documentation on the inner-workings and principles of its various subsystems. Still lots to do, but also much achieved already! Thanks to all contributors! docs.datalad.org/en/latest/desi…

Fantastic talk by Małgorzata Wierzba & Felix H. on the FAIRly big framework (doi.org/10.1101/2021.1…), how to use it, & how Felix H. is using it to reproducibly process & share the variety of datasets we're working with at FZ Jülich-INM7. Good news: You can re-watch it on YouTube soon!

I uploaded a new playlist on DataLad @[email protected]'s YouTube channel: A recent virtual workshop, featuring much of our new workshop material and quite a few brand new DataLad 0.16 features. youtube.com/playlist?list=… Shout-out and thanks to my twitterless co-host Michał Szczepanik! 🧡🖤

OHBM Fourwaves Thanks! It seems that still leaves me with 521 posters in the current session. With 60 items per page, this is 9 pages to go through. Of those presently listed on page one only 12 have people. Maybe such a feature could still be implemented quickly.

Our paper about the Computational Anatomy Toolbox (CAT12) is finally out in BioRx. It gives a complete description of CAT with many examples. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… #biorxiv_neursci Computational Anatomy Toolbox

The #FAIR4RS principles (for research software) have been published, and frankly, the paper is a disappointment. Not because of what is in it, but because of what is not. A monster thread... 1/ nature.com/articles/s4159…
