We second what Ian says! We need to break the stigma that stops men feeling like they’re able to talk about their mental health. Nobody, whoever they are, or whatever their background should ever feel shame about struggling or having suicidal thoughts. #InternationalMensDay

Trans Day of Remembrance is a day to pay respects to trans people who’ve lost their lives to violence and suicide. Sadly, it can also increase hate aimed at trans people, particularly on social media. We’re here to listen if you're struggling and stand by you in solidarity 💚1/3
