MS Team Tip: Use tags to enable you to @mention multiple people at once. I use the following nomenclature to help quickly find them and surface them during autocomplete: - @team-team-name - dru-group-name - Project-project-name

MS Teams tip: Feeling overwhelmed by notifications or just want a temporary break from them so you focus without interruptions? Set your status to Do not disturb. You can access it through your profile image in the upper right corner or by hovering over the taskbar icon.

MS Team Tip: Should you use channels vs chat to work collaboratively as a team? Use channels for most of your team based work. Chat should be reserved for chatting with your colleagues privately. In channels use @mentions + tags to indicate who should pay attention.

Does anyone have SharePoint IM #GC retention policy setup and configuration information? Some places use SharePoint for transient documents, and others use it as a depository. GCDocs is not used where I am.

I love this platform and 5 years after leveraging it in a #GCDigital context I'm still amazed and impressed by its ability to continue to reach new heights and inspire others to approach algorithms and digital democracy differently. Kudos to Colin Megill and your team!!!
