I wholeheartedly agree - we see this in OOH all the time. Zero excuse for GP partners who continue to exploit doctor replacement roles. Zero.

This makes my blood boil. Screw taking on a fully qualified locally employed doctor. We’ll opt for an unqualified PA, “train them up” & pay them £54k/year for the privilege. Still wonder why resident doctors are striking?!
