our U16MHC team was right there, they were at/near the top of the MADE Hoops Standings all season, they were the runner up at Summer Live I & beat Rens United, who won the league earlier today, 9 days ago in Harrisburg.. ultra talented c/o 2026 group w/ bright future #theforceway

c/o 2026 6’6 Ryan had a fantastic Spring, missed most of the summer w/ an ankle injury, but is now fully healthy again, & back to being a high motor dynamic WF, who can hit the 3 & who’s length indicates there’s more inches to be grown, bright future ahead! #theforceway

My schedule as a D1 college basketball player was as follows: 830: grab some breakfast 9-11: morning classes or morning study hall 1130-12: eat lunch 1230-115: treatment of my body. (Stretching, heat and stim, foam rolling, taping ankles) 115-145: Get shots up before practice
